Bellagio Hotel and Casino
For one of themed hotels on The Strip, the Bellagio has maintained that touch of class for dining, culture and shopping in Las Vegas. Since I am a local, I have not stayed at this hotel but have friends who loved their stay and continue to stay here. As locals, we are more likely to visit the restaurants on The Strip if it is worth the trip down. If you are a local, you know what I am saying! The restaurant scene inside the Bellagio offers some of the best dining experiences from celebrity chefs to Michelin Star restaurants. I have dined at many of the restaurants inside and all have been solid choices. If you look up at the ceiling of the lobby, you will see a full display of Chihuly blown glass. If you are familiar with his glass art, you would have seen it throughout this country like Seattle or in garden exhibitions. Bellagio is also home to one of the loveliest conservatories that changes during the holidays. The botanical arrangements and over the top displays have been a favorite for tourist and locals alike. The Museum of Art inside the Bellagio has also been a favorite for us locals who like a spoonful of culture with our coffee. There are wonderful touring exhibitions from famed artists that find residency inside the Bellagio. The more that I am writing this review, the more I am realizing how much this hotel/ casino creates some type of cultural aspect in Sin City. It is worth the visit to this hotel even if you are not staying here, especially if you enjoy a bit of culture and a lot of fine dining.
